Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:**
At Ithaca wax & beauty therapy we value your time and ours. To ensure we can continue to provide exceptional service to all our clients, we have implemented a 50% cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
